Catholic Family Life Association Conference

Earlier this month, two people from our parent organization, Beginning Experience International Ministry, participated in the Catholic Family Life Association conference in Orlando, FL. CFLA comprises the marriage and family life ministries that operate at the diocesan and parish levels throughout the Catholic Church. Every year, CFLA representatives meet to share information and experiences.
This year, executive director Michelle Barrentine and director Denise Evans traveled to Orlando to represent BEIM, meet allies, and spread the word about how Beginning Experience can help these ministries. At their exhibitor table, Michelle and Denise handed out literature about our programs, and made 59 contacts among the conference attendees. Michelle also gave a roundtable presentation and attended a variety of sessions.
